The EPICOH 2025 conference will take place at the Media Plaza, Jaarbeurs Utrecht: a sustainable and innovative venue. The Jaarbeurs Utrecht is located in the centre of Utrecht, next to Utrecht Central Railway Station, making it very easy to reach by train. From the Utrecht Railway Station it’s a five-minute walk to the Media Plaza, Jaarbeurs Utrecht.

Public transport

Jaarbeurs is perfectly accessible by public transport, there are continuous buses and trams stopping at the Jaarbeursplein stop. If you’re coming by train, follow the signs for ‘Jaarbeursplein’ from Utrecht Central Station. Then, head towards the Beatrix building and cross at Croeselaan. In just a few minutes, you’ll arrive at Jaarbeurs Utrect, where you will also find Media Plaza. Check current travel times and information before you leave via the 9292.nl website

Car & Parking

If you are travelling by car, please follow the blue ANWB signs that read ‘Jaarbeurs’ from the Utrecht Ring Road. Jaarbeurs has ample parking space on its own grounds in the centre of Utrecht. For current information on the accessibility of the Utrecht city centre and any roadworks in the area, please visit Goedopweg.nl.

For a parking spot close to the Media Plaza, we recommend using parking lot P4. You can use ‘Truus van Lierlaan, Utrecht’ as the navigation address for this parking lot. Alternatively, follow the blue ANWB signs with the indication ‘Jaarbeurs’ from the Ring Utrecht. If P4 is full, you can also park at P2 or P6.

Bike

One of the easiest ways to get to the conference is by bike. You can park your bike at one of the many bike storage facilities near the station. The Fietsenstalling Jaarbeursplein is closest to the venue. For bike rental tips see “Travel & Stay”.

Media Plaza

From P4, enter the beurs- en congresgebouw via Entrance West. Then, walk straight down the central corridor until you see a pond on the right. You can reach the Media Plaza via the escalators or the passenger lift.

If you are coming (after using public transport) on foot to Media Plaza , enter Jaarbeurs Utrecht via Entrance East. Then, you’ll see a pond on the left side. You can reach Media Plaza via the escalators or the passenger lift.
