Oral presentation

The oral presentation time is 10 minutes plus 3 minutes for discussion. Make your own presentation and bring it with you to Utrecht. You will be able to upload it on site.

We ask you that the following be included in a stand-alone slide that will be presented after the title slide:

• Any actual and/or potential conflicts of interest related to this work from the last 3 years or a certification that there are no conflict of interests for any co-authors
• Any and all funding sources related to the work.

Speed talk

The presentation time for a speed talk about your poster is 4 minutes plus 2 minutes for questions. A maximum of 3 power point slides is allowed. Make your own presentation and bring it with you to Utrecht. You will be able to upload it on site

Poster presentation

The poster presentations will be on paper. The size of your poster is maximum A0 (84.1 x 118.9 cm) in portrait format. You have to bring the poster yourself.

We ask you to put in a lower corner of your poster the following information:

• Any actual and/or potential conflicts of interest related to this work from the last 3 years or a certification that there are no conflict of interests for any co-authors
• Any and all funding sources related to the work.

Posters will be shown all day on the day mentioned in the program and there is no time slot per poster to present it.
